Good Morning , this is J. with your Ocean Surf Shop surf report for Saturday, April 7th at 7:30 a.m.
Billabong board-shorts and T-shirts are in the shop. Come check ‘em out. Olukai Flops are in the shop. A high quality flip-flop, so come on by.
Waves at the Washout are running in the knee to thigh high with waist to stomach sets. It is clean with the winds out of the North @ 5 to 10 knots but at forecasted to shift to the South-east at 5 to 10 knots.
The Edisto buoy is reading 6.9 ft at 10 seconds but most of that is moving to the south of us towards Florida.
We will have a high tide at 8:48 a.m. and a low tide at 2:54 p.m.
HIGH PRESSURE ACROSS THE WATERS THROUGH
EARLY SUNDAY WILL GIVE WAY TO A COLD FRONT SUNDAY NIGHT. ANOTHER
COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH EARLY TUESDAY…WITH HIGH PRESSURE TO
BUILD FROM THE NW ON WEDNESDAY.
Water temperature is around 69*,
It is cool out at the beach this morning with a report temperature of 53* and we will have a high temperature of 70*
