Waves at the washout are knee to thigh high. It looks like we could get a waist high set as the tide comes in this afternoon.
Winds light and variable, and surf is super clean. Look for east winds at 5 to 10 knots by late morning.
We have a low tide at 10:52 and a high tide will be at 5:17 p.m.
Edisto buoy is reading 3 ft. at 10 seconds in east ground swell.
If you want to surf today, get on it for the early-afternoon tide push and bring the longboard. Look for east winds today at 5 to 10 chopping up thigh-to-waist high surf. Surf is dropping off some today into Monday. Then we see very high angled north-east wind swell fill in next week after a strong cold front passage, with drifty conditions at the beach for Tuesday and late into the work week.

Waves at the washout are thigh to waist high with a stomach high set in easterly ground swell. It’s been getting a nice little push on the mid-incoming tide over the past few days, and this morning looks like there will be some waves mid-to-late morning again.
Winds are north/north-east – side-shore – at 10 to 12 knots, and surf zone is crossed up and closing out with a slight drift.
We expect winds at 10 to 15 knots from the north-east by afternoon making surf side-shore and choppy.
We have a low tide this morning as of report time. High tide will be at 3:17 p.m. The next low tide is at 9:36 p.m.
Edisto buoy is reading 4.6 ft. at 8 seconds in ESE swell, so there is plenty of swell at the buoy, and we should have some waves all day.

Waves at the washout are waist to stomach high with chest high sets and mostly closing out early this morning. It’s been getting a nice little push on the mid-incoming tide over the past few days, and this morning looks like there will be some really fun waves.
Winds are north-west at 5 knots, and surf zone is very clean. We expect winds at 10 knots from the south-east by afternoon, but still not too much wind.
We are coming off a low tide at sun rise, high tide will be at 2:10 p.m. The next low tide will be at 8:33 pm.
