Surf at the Pier is knee high with onshore winds looking pretty weak overall but enough to shove a log around. Really nice weather at the beach today.
Look for SSE winds today 10-15mph
We have a high tide at 10:56 a.m. look for a low tide at 4:48 P.m.
The Edisto Buoy is reading 1.6ft at 7 seconds from the SE
I’d bet on mid-week (Wednesday into Thursday) for best options this week as high pressure moves off the Mid-Atlantic and a cold front approaches for Thursday arrival. This turns winds south/south-east and should push up a fun little “locals” mid-week swell, before winds pick up Thursday south-west at 15 to 20.
It’s 63* and sunny with perfect spring weather. Look for bright sun and perfect temps with a high of 74* and sun all day.
Water temperature took a little dive with the heavy rain. It’s around 68*.
Sunrise is at 6:30 a.m., and sunset will be at 8:03 p.m.
