Good morning. This is Eazy-E with your Ocean Surf Shop surf report and forecast for Monday, Dec 22nd at 9 a.m.

We need to move some Rusty boards end-of-year to make room for spring stock, so we have Rusty boards marked down $300. That’s $150 BELOW wholesale. We have Dwarts, Hecklers, Not So Moby Fish models all marked down. Come get a deal!

Waves at the pier this morning decent size, in the waist- stomach high range, with an occasional rib high set if ya wait. Winds are adding a good bit of texture to the wave faces as it is blowing 10-15kt from the NE and no plans to slow up until the sun decides to retire a little later. Still some fun nuggets to be had if you send it for sure!

We are going into a high tide at 9:09 am. Tide is low at 3:22 p.m.  With another high tide after the sun drops around 9:11 pm.

The Edisto buoy is showing 7.5 ft. at 7 seconds in a long period swell from the ESE.

Our friends over at NOAA predict: “A cold front will depart the region this morning. High pressure will then prevail through the remainder of the holiday week”.

Water temp is 54*, so booties and a 4/3 suit would be best if you had it.

It’s 49* and sunny this morning. Look for sun all day and a high of 57*.
