Good morning this is Luke with your Ocean Surf Shop surf report and forecast for Monday, November 6th at 10:30 a.m.
WINTER TIME SHOP HOURS UPDATE:10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Surf at Folly looking fun for a high volume stick. Knee to waist high sets can be found its clean and a beautiful day get wet.
Winds are moderate North 5-10mph and the surf is nice and clean.
We just came off a low at report time, High tide is at 2:12 p.m.
The Edisto Buoy is reading 4.3 feet at 19 seconds in a ESE swell.
Surf is beginning to fade out but there is still a great little longboard/fish wave out there knee-waist high very clean. High pressure does dominate our marine area through mid-week and the surf should be on the down side. Go get wet
Your NOAA Marine Weather Forecast calls for: “High pressure will extend across the region this week. A cold front will drop into the area Saturday, then cool high pressure will build in from the north.”
Water temperature is starting to drop, it’s around 65*.
It’s 58* this morning with sun. Expect a cool beach day with sun and a high of 77*,
Sunrise is at 7:38 a.m. Sunset is right at 6:27 p.m.
