Good morning, this is Luke da Kook with your Ocean Surf Shop Surf Report and Forecast for Sunday, November 10th at 8:00 a.m.

Semi-choppy

Time of Report: 8:30 a.m.
Wave Forecast: thigh-belly high+
Traffic: Not too bad.
Parking: Some.
Dangers: None

I hope everyone got their fair share of waves this past week. It’s been a lot of fun. Guess its time to get some work done around here.

Surf looking thigh-belly high the tide push should help out a bit. Light easterly winds putting some texture to it but not hurting it to bad. Looks like a decent sesh in the making for later today.

Winds are forecasted to become ESE around 10-15mph as the day moves on.

We have a low tide at report time, high tide fills in today at 2:35 P.M.

Edisto Buoy is reading 6.9 feet at 9 seconds from the east.

Surf again has rebuilt a  bit showing belly high sets due to high pressure moving offshore and a stalled weak front all interacting with our marine area creating some onshore flow. This pattern should continue into our early work week. Nothing epic by any means but belly high surf with light onshore winds should get us all in the water. Surf slows down a bit later in the work week. Lastly long range, some models starting to sniff out a low right in our honey hole about 7 days out something to keep an eye on.

Water temp is 71*

It’s overcast and 70*. Look for a high of 76*

Sunrise was at 6:44 a.m. and Sunset will be at 5:22 p.m.

Thanks for checking in with your Ocean Surf Shop surf report and forecast.
