clean

Time of Report: 830
Wave Forecast: waist
Traffic: not bad
Parking: some
Dangers: Poop water

Surf at the Pier is thigh-waist+ looks pretty fun, although that water has got to have some Poop in it from all the rain and runoff

Winds are out of North north-east 10-15mph surf is pretty clean overall.

High tide was at 9:31 a.m., and low tide will be at 3:23 p.m.

The Edisto Buoy is 2.6ft at 12 sec from the ESE.

Surf woke back up a bit surfs waist+ in long period easterly swell from newly formed Tropical Storm Fernand which is several hundred miles due east of us. This will be a quick shot of surf as Fernand will be north of our window shortly. High pressure builds in over our general area this week surf gets knocked down a bit.

Our pals over at NOAA predict, “A front will remain stalled over the region through Sunday as waves of low pressure pass by. A much stronger cold front will clear the area Monday night with high pressure prevailing through the middle of next week.”

Water temperature is around 82*.

Its 76* and cloudy this morning look for a high of 81

Sunrise was 6:49 a.m., Sunset 7:55 p.m.

Thanks for checking in with Ocean Surf Shop.
