Surf is running knee-thigh high in short period SSW wind-swell. Looking weak overall but rideable for the right gear.
Winds are SSW at 10-15mph
We are just coming off a high tide, have a low tide at 3:51 p.m. with a incoming tide to finish the day out.
The Edisto buoy is 4.3 ft at 5 seconds from the SSW.
Surf is knee high+ in pre-frontal boundary wind-swell from our SSW. Front pushes through later today look for winds to clock more offshore towards sunset hours. High pressure returns and the surf looks more flat in the coming days.
*Side note this little front looks to produce a juicy low that could send a fun swell towards Florida this week with decent winds down there. If you have the time and means might be worth the trip.
Water temp is 45*, so booties and a 4/3 suit would be best if you had it.
It’s 46* and sunny mixed with clouds this morning. Look for a high of 52* with rain moving in later.
