Surf is Knee-thigh high in high angled NE wind-swell. Cold as **** out here but 3 brave souls are currently giving it a go. Need my crypto to moon so I can get a surf trip in.
We are just coming off a high tide, have a low tide at 12:52 p.m. followed by a high tide later at 6:52pm
The Edisto buoy is 9.8 ft at 8 seconds from the NE.
Surf picked up slightly although still lookin weak. Knee high wind-slop. A low is developing offshore the central east coast and will lift north-east later today. Winds will rotate more offshore and blow pretty hard. That said not much surf heading our way. High pressure then returns over the low country keeping the surf down. Warm up maybe go snowboarding with the incoming snow.
Water temp is 45*, so booties and a 4/3 suit would be best if you had it.
It’s 36* and sunny mixed with clouds this morning. Look for a high of 45* temps dropping later with snow expected
Sunrise was 7:17 a.m. Sunset 5:50 p.m.
