Surf Is FLAT but a beautiful beach day is shaping up, and the water is warming back up.
Wind is light and variable this morning, picking up from the east later 5-10mph
Low tide was at 9:32a.m. We are expecting high tide at 3:13 p.m. followed by another low tide at 8p.m.
Edisto buoy is currently reading 3.3 ft at 5 seconds in short period SW wind-swell.
Surfs pretty flat high pressure settles in over our marine area. Maybe a really small quick shot of SSW wind-swell tomorrow but not getting very excited with what were seeing. Come on man
Our friends at NOAA predict: “a cold front then poised to push through the area Monday. High pressure will prevail through late next week.”
The water temperature is around 60*.
It’s currently 49* and windy on Folly. It should be a nice sunny day on the island with a high of 68*.
Sunrise was at 7:20 a.m., and sunset will be at 7:33 p.m.
