Surf at the pier is knee to thigh localized wind-swell winds on it doesn’t look to hot. No takers this morning at the pier.
We have a high tide at 12:56 p.m., a low tide will be at 7:016 p.m.
Edisto Buoy is reading 1.0 feet ft at 8 seconds from the SE. Paired with a 3.6ft at 5 seconds from the SSW.
Weak Low pressure sits to our north with weak high pressure sitting just offshore the low-country giving marginal onshore flow and knee-thigh high slop as a result. This should trend for much of our work week.
Our pals at NOAA predict, “High pressure will extend over the region through the week”. Thus the waves look small and the temperature looks high!
It’s a humid 85* with sunshine this morning and a high of 88*.
Water temperature It’s around 84*.
