Surf Is FLAT but a beautiful beach day is shaping up, and the water is warming back up. Maybe a small SSW wind-swell wave later today but nothing special.
Wind is strong from the SSW today 15-25mph
Low tide was at 10:32a.m. We are expecting high tide at 4:20 p.m.
Edisto buoy is currently reading 3.0 ft at 5 seconds in short period S wind-swell.
Surf is on the smaller side frontal boundary moves through today but wont get our surf going a whole lot. Unfortunately high pressure builds back in and makes itself nice and comfortable right over our marine area and you know the drill no real surf in the cards.
The water temperature is around 60*.
It’s currently 55* and windy on Folly. It should be a nice sunny day on the island with a high of 70*.
Sunrise was at 7:20 a.m., and sunset will be at 7:33 p.m.
