Lookin way better than I was expecting this sunrise morning. Waist+ winds straight offshore clean bowls are coming through. Long period Mysto swell from the ESE? Wasn’t on my radar
We have a large stock of wetsuit jackets here at the shop, and with a north-east wind swell moving in for mid-week, you’ll want to cut the wind.
Wind is from the north at 5-10mph
We just came off a high tide at report time. have a low tide at 2:30 p.m. . and another high tide at 8:27 p.m. to close the day out.
Edisto Bouy 2.6 feet at 12 seconds from the ESE.
Surf is the best its been all week on this mornings incoming tide. Waist+ bowls coming in. Surf should back off slightly with the dropping tide. Winds have rotated more offshore, surf should dwindle down over the weekend but for now get it while you can!
Its 63 and sunny today winds are keeping it even cooler at the beaches.
Sunrise is 7:10 a.m. and sunset will be at 7:14 p.m.
