Surf is running in the ankle to knee high range pretty weak. WE DO HAVE SURF COMING!!
We have a low tide at 9:24 a.m. High tide is 3:05 p.m.
The Edisto buoy is 1.0 ft at 12 seconds from the E.
Surf is still down although some relief is on the horizon. We have a minor cold front pushing through later today with showers but no surf and high pressure returns for the rest of the week keeping our surf down. Over the later weekend look for high pressure to slide offshore and a low pressure then fills in behind it from the west. Look for onshore winds to develop pretty quickly on Sunday building southerly wind-swell into the chest high area should be on offer. The low looks to pass through the low-country Sunday night hopefully we have a little leftover swell for us Monday morning where winds should be offshore and a potential fun morning of surf on Monday could be in the cards. Lots to watch either way much needed surf is on the way.
Water temp is 47*, so boots/gloves and a 4/3 suit would be best if you had it.
It’s 54* its Sunny mixed with clouds this morning. Look for a high of 63 with rain coming later*
