Folly surf looking through the fog, chest high+ on this mornings high tide. Looks really fun winds/drift has dropped.
Winds Are 5-10mph out of the north surf is clean.
We just came off a high tide at report time, will have a low tide at 2:50 p.m. with an incoming tide from there.
The Edisto Buoy is reading 8.5 feet at 11 seconds in an ESE swell.
Plenty of ESE swell still out there sets chest high or so clean workable walls coming in. Surf is slowly loosing steam as swell peaked yesterday. Regardless we should be having fun surf through tomorrow. Surf might get a little sleepy weds but still rideable for the higher vol boards. A cold front looks to come through fairly quickly weds night this could generate a brief quick Southerly wind-swell pulse for Thursday morning.
Water temperature has dropped to 56*.
It’s 54* and partly cloudy with lots of Fog. Look for a high of 65* with more sun arriving.
Sunrise was at 7:14 a.m., and sunset will be at 5:15 p.m.
