Sorry for delay early am Oyster pick. Come by the shop the girls got North Shore on!
Surf at Folly is once again pretty flat and freezing outside.
Winds are North-west at 10 knots turning more SSW later today.
We have a high tide this morning at 11:43 a.m., and a low tide at 6:08 p.m.
Eddisto Bouy is reading 2.0 feet at 11 seconds in ENE swell.
Surf is still Flat as it gets. High pressure slides offshore overnight and an artic front Looks to move into our area tomorrow. Ahead of this front expect south south-westerly winds to pick up significantly before the front moves out overnihght Monday. That said unfortunately the cleanup and peak of this swell will be tomorrow night before becoming more flat by Tuesday. Surf then stays pretty dormant mid-week into the end of the work week. Over the weekend next week looking way ahead looks like we could expext another front to interact with our marine area shooting in another SSW wind-swell. We will keep you posted.
The water temperature is around 52*.
It’s cold this morning. In the low 30s. Look for a high in the low 50s today with sun and increasing winds late.
Sunrise was at 7:23 a.m., and sunset will be at 5:26 p.m. Thanks for tuning in for the Ocean Surf Shop surf report and forecast.
