We have new Secula, Stewart and Rusty boards in the shop. About 20 new fresshies in the shop. So, if you’re feeling squirrely, come check them out. Also, lots of spring suits are in stock for men and women.

Surf still around waist to chest high in drifty NE high angled waves. It does look fun this morning.

Its windy today North-east winds 20+ producing semi choppy but very drifty surf.

We have a high tide at 11:55 a.m., low tide will be at 5:36 p.m.

The Edisto Buoy is reading 10.5 feet at 8 seconds in a high-angled east/north-east wind swell.

Surf around waist to chest high in drifty/Windy NE conditions. It still looks fun this morning. Look for winds to tapper off overnight. Tuesday swell should start a fading trend but cleaner conditions on offer. The back end of our work week expect a small wave knee-waist high as this swell lingers around. Friday our Gulf of Mexico low pressure looks to still develop although overnight models now suggesting a more northerly track into the panhandle area. Regardless we should still see some swell produced for us either way. Well keep you in da Loooop!!

Your NOAA Marine Weather forecast for our area calls for: “High pressure will build in from the northwest today. Low pressure originating in the Gulf of Mexico could affect the area near the end of the week.”

It’s 50* with COLD partly cloudy skies. Look for a high in the low 60s

Water temperature is back down a bit mid 60s after this artic fart we just had.

Sunrise is at 7:01 a.m., and sunset will be at 7:43 p.m.

Thanks for checking in with Ocean Surf Shop.
