Good morning this is Luke, with your Ocean Surf Shop surf report & forecast for Monday, September 2nd. Happy Labor Day

Surf at Folly has picked up overnight showing knee to waist with maybe a plus set here and there.  Looks kinda fun. Worth a surf.

Winds are moderate out of the east this morning and should remain the same throughout today.

We have a high tide at report time,  low tide at 2:15 p.m., High tide fills in 8:29 p.m.

Edisto buoy is reading 3.3 FT at 8 seconds from the SE.

We have a stalled front sitting just offshore that’s generated a small pulse of SE wind-swell overall looking waist high range. Mid-week look winds to start cranking out of the ENE where we can expect waist high high angled slop to be generated. Tropics, a couple areas to watch but nothing to exciting at the moment. Later this week models creating consistency on a low pressure developing between the Cape Verde islands and Lesser Antilles. Overall nothing to exciting in our near future but surf should be rideable for the right equipment.

It’s sunny mixed with clouds, it’s cooler out this morning high of 84.

Thanks for checking the Ocean Surf shop Surf report.
