November 4th @ Peir

Good morning folks, this is Easy-E with your Ocean Surf Shop surf report and forecast for November 4th at 8:30 am.

Waves at the pier are running around shin to knee high this morning and don’t seem to have any real push or much of anything as the NE add a brisk feel to the air as well.  Possible fish day or go hit the gym but the beach is not looking super fun for shredding gnar today folks.

Winds are 10 kts out of the Northwest. Winds slowly drop to about 5 kts as the day progresses as well.

Low tide is at 12:30 pm, and the high tide follows at 6:36 pm.

Edisto Buoy is reading 3.9 ft at 4 seconds from the NNW.

Our friends over at NOAA predict that a; “High pressure will largely prevail throughout the period, keeping conditions quiet across our area. Outside of this, expect a dry cold front to pass overhead Thursday, with perhaps a second one taking aim at the region Saturday”. Thus, not giving us too much hope to lean on for future surf this week. So, cross your fingers and pray to the wave gods that we get another run before its full wetsuit and gear season. Also, stop in to check out all wetsuit and gear necessities before it is too late too!

It’s 57* and windy this morning. Today expect a high of 65* with sunshine and a touch of wind.

Sunrise was 6:41 a.m. Sunset 5:27 p.m.

Thanks for checking in with Ocean Surf Shop.
