Good morning. This is Eazy-E with your Ocean Surf Shop surf report and forecast for Wednesday, December 17th at 8:30 a.m.  

We need to move some Rusty boards end-of-year to make room for spring stock, so we have Rusty boards marked down $300. That’s $150 BELOW wholesale. We have Dwarts, Hecklers, Not So Moby Fish models all marked down. Come get a deal!

The waves at the pier this beautiful morning are in the shin to high range and just dumping on shore. Not a ton of fun looking for the avid surfer but could still make it work with some volume. It’s not nearly as cold as the last few days so take advantage of that and keep eyes peeled for a session sneaking in tomorrow and Friday!

It is cold this morning and booties are a thing now.  We are fully stocked on wetsuits, booties, gloves, and hoods. So, get ‘em before they are gone!

Tide is low at 12:00 pm. We see a high tide today at 6:01 p.m.

The Edisto buoy is showing 2.2 ft. at 11 seconds from the SE.

Winds gust at 5kt from the North-west with afternoon gust around the same 5kt.

Our friends over at NOAA predict: “High pressure will prevail through Thursday before a cold front pushes offshore Friday morning. High pressure returns during the weekend, followed by another cold front arriving early next week”. So, let’s look for a tad bit warmer weather trying to show up ending the week and a possible surfable wave for the next two days.

It’s 48* and cloudy this morning. Look for a high 60* with mostly clouds in the afternoon.
