Good morning, this is Easy e with your Ocean Surf Shop Surf Report and Forecast for Tuesday, July 21 at 8:55 a.m.  

Surf at the Pier has a tad more energy and some noticeable power, but the 10-15kt South winds are not helping it look fun in any way. Winds also are predicted to increase as the day goes on. It looks like a knee-high wave with no organization and conditions are likely to get worse as the day progresses.

We have a high tide at 2:38 p.m., and a low tide at 8:34 pm.

Edisto Buoy is 4.3 feet at 5 seconds from the S.

Our pals at NOAA predict, “High pressure will remain centered over the western Atlantic while a broad area of low pressure lingers across the central Carolinas through early this week”. Thus, a good bit of rain and minimal swell are in our future.

It’s a humid 85* with some sun and clouds mixed. Look for a high of 91*. Heat index should be in the upper 90s.

Water temperature It’s around 86*.
