Traffic: Not too bad.
Parking: Some.
Dangers: None

Good morning, this is Luke with your Ocean Surf Shop report and forecast for Sunday, April 21st at 8:30 a.m.

Surf at Folly is still showing knee-thigh high a bit weak but enough for a longboard sesh.

Winds are light of the east at the moment with just a bit of texture to the surface.

We just came off a high tide,  have a low tide at 1:13 pm. We have a high tide at 7:37 pm.

Edisto Buoy is reading 3.0 ft at 9 seconds out of the east.

This small trade-swell has lingered around and is still showing a small pulse of thigh high slappers our way. We have a system/low right over us at report time. The bummer is the low looks to be just a notch to north of us as it departs of the coast. That said, surf should hoover around knee/waist high into tomorrow. Are surf will then fade out a bit as the week continues. *just note this system looks to really ramp up and get better organized  as it moves offshore of Hatteras later this week and a road trip should be seriously considered.

NOAA Marine Forecast: “A slow moving front will bring unsettled weather to the region this weekend. High pressure will then return and prevail into the middle of next week.

The water temp is around 67*.

It is 74* and sunny mixed with clouds. Look for continued clouds and showers today with a high of 78*

Sunrise is 6:43 a.m., Sunset 7:53 p.m.

That’s all from us at Ocean Surf Shop. We’ll check back tomorrow.
