All full wetsuits have been marked down 20%. We also have some hoods and gloves in stock. We have cold water waves on the way next week, so save some money and have a suit for next season at a great bargain.

Surf at Folly this morning running waist to chest high looks pretty fun actually.

Winds are light north and the surf is clean.

Winds should remain light throughout the day.

We have a high tide at report time and low tide will follow at 2:00 p.m.

The Edisto Buoy is reading 6.2 feet at 7 seconds out of the SE.

Surf has picked up over night and looks pretty fun out there this morning. This is compliments from a surface trough and offshore high pressure. Waist to chest high sets on this mornings high tide. Looking ahead, a we see a low develop just NE off the Bahamas later tonight into tomorrow. This should generate a decent ground-swell for us on Monday with offshore winds. Swell will linger and gradually drop off through mid-week. The work week looks to finish with another front pushing through and producing a good shot of south wind-swell. Our forecast looks great and should be a fun next several days.

The NOAA Marine Weather forecast for our area calls for: “A surface trough will lift north through the area today, then high pressure will build in through Wednesday. A series of cold fronts will affect the area Thursday through early Saturday.

It’s 48* and rainy this morning. Look for a high of 58* with rain eventually tapering off.

Water temperature is 57*.

Sunrise is at 7:12 a.m., and sunset will be at 5:55 p.m.

Thanks for checking in with Ocean Surf Shop.
