Surf at Folly Is thigh-waist high in drifty NE conditions. Overall not looking to hot winds on it pretty good.

Winds moderate 10-20mph out of the NE making for drifty choppy conditions.

High tide is at 12:30 P.m. We have a low tide is 6:57 p.m. right after sunset,

The Edisto Buoy is reading 7.2ft @7 seconds in ENE wind-swell.

Surf has dropped a bit as expected thigh-waist high NE wind-swell. Surf will stay somewhat down to start off the work week. We are expecting a front to move into our area and clock our winds around out of the south generating some localized south wind-swell for later Tuesday into Wednesday for a slight cleanup. This swell will taper off Wednesday afternoon.  Surf stays down on Thursday. Then dare I say we may have another Low moving out of the Northern Gulf on Friday into Saturday. Models staying consistent. Saturday next weekend could be another doozy. We will keep you in the loop overall we have some surf in the forecast.

Your NOAA Marine Weather Forecast calls for: “A cold front will move through the region today, followed by high pressure into early next week. Another cold front will cross the area Tuesday night into Wednesday. High pressure should return thereafter.”

Water temperature is starting to drop, it’s around 65*.

It’s 61* cloudy and windy. Look for a high of 72*, lots of sunshine today great fall beach weather.

Sunrise is at 6:52 a.m. Sunset is right at 5:17 p.m.
