Good morning this is Luke the Kook with your Ocean Surf Shop surf report and forecast for Thursday, May 4th at 10:30 a.m.

Surf at Folly is as bad as it gets flat and NE winds.
Winds are north-east at 15 mph making for semi choppy conditions.
Winds are forecasted to lighten some and swing around more SE at 10mph later today.
Low tide is approaching at 1:49 p.m. High tide will fill in at 8:02 p.m.
The Edisto Buoy is reading 3.3ft at 5 seconds from the NNE
Surf again is really down today unfortunately. We expect small surf all week as high pressure sets up Thursday and Friday. Next hope for some surf comes as a cold front moves into the area for Sunday, but your surf forecast is looking pretty bleak even through the weekend.
Your NOAA Marine Weather Forecast calls for: “high pressure Thursday and Friday. A cold front will impact the region this weekend. High pressure will return early next week.”
Its 61 this morning with sunshine, Temps should pick up to low 70s with sun prevailing. Beautiful weather for fishing or just walking on the beach.
Water temperature is 72*.
