Good morning folks. This is Eazy-E with your surf report and forecast for Thursday, January 29th, 2026.

Surf is currently flat at Folly and freezing cold. Winds are 5-10kt from the NE making it look nice and pretty, but it is indeed flat. I’m saying it’s not even surfable, but some would argue.

We have a low tide at 10:48 a.m. followed by a high tide later at 4:52pm

The Edisto buoy is 4.9 ft at 5 seconds from the WSW.  

Surf has gone flat and looks super weak at the moment. Our friends at NOAA predict, “A strong high pressure will prevail through Friday”. Thus, leaving us flat and cold like that Mountain dew can your son left out last night. Not good for stoke driven surfers!  

Water temp is 49*, so booties and a 4/3 suit would be best if you had it.

It’s 39* and sunny this morning. Look for a high of 45* and clear skies all day.
