Good morning, this is Eazy-e with your Ocean Surf Shop surf report and forecast for Thursday, January 16th at 9:00 a.m.
Surf is non-existent again. It is super flat with little to no power whatsoever. Maybe a log or SUP if you just have to get out there.
Winds are currently 10-15kt from the SW. The winds seem to stay consistent all-day hovering around that same tempo.
We come off a high tide at 9:31 a.m. The next low tide will be at 3:35 p.m., followed by another high tide at 9:54 p.m. tonight.
Edisto Bouy is reading 3.3 feet at 4 seconds in W swell.
Stow those boards away because it doesn’t look like we will get off this flat spell for at least the next few days.
Our guys and gals over at NOAA predict similar situations as the last report so pretty much it is weak, small, and cold.
The water temperature is around 48*.
It is currently sunny and 42*. Seems like the sun will stay out all day today with a high of 55*.
Sunrise was at 7:22 a.m., and sunset will be at 5:38 p.m.
