Surf at Folly seems to be picking up slightly, knee high and starting to slowly build. Nothing great but a least a wave for the longboards.
Winds are light/moderate out of the SE today.
We had a high tide before report time, a low tide is at 3:16 p.m. and a incoming tide to conclude the day

Surf is slowly starting to pick back up knee high for now perhaps some thigh high sets as the day moves on. Looking ahead, high pressure looks to shove offshore and begin to generate some onshore flow mid-weak. This should begin a small building trend. Thursday into Friday onshore flow will be enhanced as a Low pressure system approaches the eastern seaboard we can expect more significant onshore winds and building conditions. Friday the system should have pushed through and better winds can be expected. Friday could be the call. High pressure then returns as the surf goes flat again.
NOAA Marine Forecast: “High pressure will prevail into early week. A storm system will impact the region by mid to late week.”
The water temp is around 64*.
Its 55* degrees with sunshine with high of 72*.
Sunrise is 7:00 a.m., Sunset 7:45 p.m.
That’s all from us at Ocean Surf Shop. We’ll check back tomorrow.
