Good morning. This is EAZY-E with your surf report for Tuesday, July 30, 2024
Surf at Folly ankle-knee high, looking extremely weak.
Winds are light south-west that should continue into later today. Winds never topping 10kt today so any water activity should be pretty enjoyable.
We have a low tide around 10:07 , High tide is at 4:50 p.m.
The Edisto buoy reads 3 feet at 8s seconds in east/south-east swell.
Not a whole lot on tap for the surf today and to be honest a fishing day or a nice walk on the beach might provide more pleasure than trying to send it on some ant bitter waves today. If surfing is all you want to do then for sure bring that foam with ya and give it a go! Our boys over at NOAA predict a, “High pressure is expected to persist across the western Atlantic while surface troughing remains over the Southeastern United States”.
It’s currently 77* with storms on and off and clouds. Look for a high of 86* and clouds mixed with storms all day.
Sunrise 6:33 a.m., Sunset 8:20 p.m. That’s all from us at Ocean Surf, check back tomorrow
