We see small high angled east wind swell and some south-east wind swell continue today. Looking ahead into mid-week a weak low develops Tuesday over Central Florida and high pressure moves offshore. This looks to produce a decent shot of easterly wind-swell today, rotating more south-easterly Wednesday and Thursday. There will be some wind on it, but size should increase for mid-week, before south winds moderate Thursday. Small easterly trade wind swell looks to fill in again Friday and Saturday. Looks like the swell should hold on for the next few days. We’ll we will keep you posted!
Your NOAA Marine Weather Forecast for our marine area calls for: “Weak low pressure is expected to track over or near the area tonight through Wednesday. Atlantic high pressure will then generally prevail until a cold front likely moves through the region later this weekend. Cooler and drier high pressure should then build in through early next week.”
It’s 73 degrees with rain this morning. Look for a high of 75* with rain all day.
Water temperature is around 78*. Back to boardies and bikinis.
Sunrise is at 6:13 a.m. and sunset will be at 8:19 p.m.
