Good morning, this is Charlie with your Ocean Surf Shop Surf Report and Forecast for Tuesday, November 19th, 2024 at 8:45 a.m. from the Pier.
Surf at Folly is flat to ankle high with a few knee-high sets here and there.
We just got some new Gary Wilson boards in the shop so come pick yours up in time for the holiday’s!
Winds are west at 4 mph with south-west winds at 7 mph coming later in the day.
High tide will be at 10:11 a.m. and we will have a low tide at 4:33 p.m.
Edisto Buoy is reading 2.0 feet at 12.1 seconds from the east.
Not much of a wave out there today, maybe a few longboard waves if you’re really itching to get in the water.
Our guys (and gals) at NOAA say “High pressure will prevail until a strong cold front moves through later Wednesday. Canadian high pressure will build across the area Thursday into Sunday.”
Water temp is 66*
It’s 64* and cloudy all day, look for a high of 71*
Sunrise was at 6:53 a.m. and Sunset will be at 5:16 p.m.
