Good morning, this is Eazy-E with your Ocean Surf Shop surf report and forecast for Tuesday, June 23rd at 8:45 a.m.
Surf at the Pier is pretty flat at the moment. A few super unorganized waves are rolling through for your bigger boards today but tons of chop and drift will make that hard to manage as well. Not and overall great day for sending it but if ya need your fix, I’m sure there is a little choppy bump for ya.
Winds are SW today 10-15ky increasing to 15-20kt as the day expires.
We have a low tide approaching at 9:28 a.m. High tide will follow at 4:11 p.m. With another low tide just after sunset.
The Edisto Buoy is reading 3.6 feet ft at 5 seconds from the SW.
Surf is pretty messy to start this beautiful Tuesday off, but it could always be worse
Our pals over at NOAA predict, “A weak cold front will slowly approach the area today before moving offshore Wednesday and dissipating”. It does not look like that will bring us much to get stoked on unfortunately.
It’s a humid 82* with sunshine this morning. We see a high of 90* today.
Water temperature It’s around 83*.
Sunrise is at 6:14 a.m. and sunset will be at 8:32 p.m.
