Washout June 30th
Good morning, this is Eazy-E with your Tuesday morning – June 30th – surf report and forecast.
We are still open. Ignore the concrete cutting and heavy digging machinery.
Surf at the Washout looks like a little bit of fun can be found but not a super great wave today. Looking to be around the knee-high range and a little soft. Could get good like the last few days if those NE winds stay in the 10-15kt range and do not exceed much as predicted.
We have a high tide at 8:45 a.m., low tide will be at 2:41 p.m., and we’ll have another high tide at 9:17 p.m.
Edisto Buoy is reading 3.3 feet ft at 7 seconds in a short period ENE wind-swell.
Our buddies at NOAA predict, “High pressure centered over the Atlantic will remain the primary feature across the region through much of the week”. That being said there should be a fun log wave everyday until the 4th!! So, send it ya nerds!!
It’s a humid 82* with sunshine this morning and a high of 86*.
Water temperature It’s around 84*.
Sunrise is at 6:16 a.m. and sunset will be at 8:32 p.m.
