Good morning everyone. This is Eazy-E with your Ocean Surf Shop surf report and forecast for Wednesday, January 7th, 2026, at 8:45 a.m. The waves at the pier this morning are pretty small in the shin-knee high range and weak for sure. A little texture on the oceans surface from the SW winds around 5-10kt as well. Maybe the log or something huge could be ridable, but not the best conditions it seems today.

Come get those wetsuit needs before we are out and you are cold without any gear.

We are going into a high tide at 10:50 a.m. Tide is low at 4:54 p.m.  

The Edisto buoy is showing 3.9 feet at 5 seconds from the SSW.  

Our friends over at NOAA predict a: “High pressure will prevail across the region most of this week, bringing dry conditions and above normal temperatures. A cold front may bring showers and colder temperatures to our area this weekend”. So look for extremely mediocre swell but nice warm temps around for a few days.

Water temp is 53*, so booties and a 4/3 suit would be best if you had it.

It’s 60* and cloudy this morning. Look for a high of 65* and mostly overcast today.
