Good morning, this is Luke with your Ocean Surf Shop surf report and forecast for Sunday, May 26. At 6:15 a.m.

Surf at The Pier is ankle high.
Winds are south-west at 5 knots, and surf-zone is semi clean and surf is weak.
Look for south-east winds at 10 knots this afternoon, and a light bump in the surf zone.
We are coming off a low tide at 8:15 a.m., and high tide will be at 2:34 p.m.
The Edisto buoy is reading 2.0 feet at 5 seconds in ESE short period wind-swell.
High pressure will be in control of our weather, sitting right on top of our marine area for the next five days. This will be keeping temperatures very hot and waves very small for your Memorial Day weekend and into the next work week.
Your NOAA Marine Weather Forecast for our marine area calls for: “High pressure and unseasonably hot conditions will dominate into late next week..”
It’s a beautiful morning. It’s 79* with sun. Look for a very hot beach day with sun and passing clouds with a high of 93*.
Water temperature is around 80*.
