Good morning, this is Brett with your Ocean Surf Shop surf report and forecast for Wednesday, November 23rd at 8:30 a.m.

Remember, pipes are out at the pier as they finish up re-nourishment, so the area is blocked off
Waves at the Washout this morning are running chest to shoulder with occ. Head high.
Winds are North/North East at 26-30 knots and surf is Choppy and very side shore.
Expect NNE winds all day becoming NE winds with the afternoon
We have a low tide today at 1:47 p.m., and a high tide at 7:50 p.m.
The Edisto buoy is reading 10.8 ft. at 8.3 seconds in a ENE wind swell.
Today we see some choppy conditions paired with some gnarly side shore fun. Expect similar conditions into the Saturday, calming down a bit on Sunday. Eat your leftovers and come check it out.
Your NOAA Marine Weather Forecast for our marine area calls for: “High pressure will prevail through Friday, then a low pressure system will move through on Saturday. A cold front will move through Sunday night followed by high pressure into the middle of next week.”
