We have TONS of new spring apparel for men and women in the shop, including Billabong, RVCA, Roark, O’Neill, Rusty and more. Come check it out and get geared up for warmer weather.
Still have lots of neoprene including new short sleeve fullsuits, springs and jackets!
Surf at the Washout is chest high with an occasional head high set. Waves are breaking close to shore and water is breaking in the rocks at the morning’s upcoming high tide.
Winds are north east at 5-7 knots. We expect winds stay light throughout the day but switch southerly later today keeping the faces fairly clean.
High tide is coming up this hour at 10:21 a.m., low tide will be at 4:19 pm. The next high tide is at 10:51 p.m.
Edisto buoy is reading 4.6 ft. at 13 seconds in very steep N/NE swell/wind swell combo.
Surf is looking really fun out there with waves in the chest to head high range. Conditions are nice so far with clean faces and winds should stay light throughout the day. Get out there and surf! As this large storm moves down the coast, we expect winds to continue to switch and rotate throughout the coming days. This week’s swell will very much depend on the wind’s behavior.
Your NOAA Marine Weather Forecast for our marine area calls for: “High pressure will remain over the region through Monday. A cold front will move through Tuesday and Tuesday night, followed by high pressure. A storm system could affect the region next
weekend.
It is a chilly 42* with sun this morning. Look for a high of 62* with sun today.
Water temperature is 62*.
Sunset is at 6:18 p.m. and sunrise will be at 6:46 a.m.
